FLOATS' MANUFACTURING




Each floats consists of a shell, made with 1st quality rigid polyethylene, in which is inserted a low water absorption piece of poystyrene shaped to fit the shell form.



Holes are drilled under the shell in order to let whe water in. The water is stored in the lower part of the float. This process allows an incomparable stability and, according to its flotation capacity, makes the float unsinkable.



The durability is due to the fact that the polystyrene used absorbs only 6 percent of water over a 50 year period.



Furthermore, with Pontoon Dock floats, your floating platform can remain on the water all year whithout reducing its flotation capacity.
